What a private event with us includes
Hawaiian and Polynesian performance
Live music, hula, Tahitian dance, and optional fire knife performance, sized to your guest count and venue. The program is built around your timeline: arrival music, a dinner show, or a full revue.
Food and lūʻau service
Traditional lūʻau food such as kālua pig, poi, poke, and haupia can be arranged with the venue or a caterer. Tell us the head count, dietary needs, and whether you want a buffet or plated service.
Production and venue coordination
Sound, lighting, staging, and weather alternatives are confirmed for the actual property. Hotels, timeshares, and private homes each have their own approval steps; we walk you through them.
Group activities
Lei making, hula lessons, ʻukulele, and other cultural activities can fill an afternoon before the evening event or replace it for smaller groups.

How many guests do you need for a private luau?
There is no fixed minimum. Small family dinners and company events of several hundred are both planned as private events. The guest count changes the performer lineup, food service, and production, so it is the first thing we confirm.
Which islands do you serve?
Maui, Oʻahu, Kauaʻi, and the Big Island. Our production team is based on Maui, and performers and vendors are coordinated for each island.
Can you hold the event at our hotel or rental home?
Usually, with the property’s approval. Send the address and property contact; we confirm what the venue allows for staging, sound, fire performance, and catering before anything is treated as booked.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular dates fill early. For most private events a few weeks is workable; for large corporate programs, plan further ahead. Call and we check the date.
Do you also run public luau shows?
Yes. On Maui, Huakaʻi Lūʻau at Kaʻanapali Beach and Aloha Wailea Lūʻau in Wailea are our ticketed shows. Private events are planned separately for your own guests and venue.
